Coffee, Tea, Mojo?

This is my fourth commission with MDV and there isn’t a proper amount of praise I can offer about this artist. There are a reasons why I continue to ask MDV for commissions and that’s because of the quality of work done and the effort he puts into it. I had an idea and I presented it to him and he was open to the different dynamics and quirks. This was familiar territory for him because it had elements that I asked for from my first commission with him. I look forward to seeing his other work and getting commissions in the future from him. Title: Coffee, Tea, Mojo?

Background:
The events in this commission occur after Title: The Review [link] . This is the first time MDV drew my original characters of Melissa Greene [link] and Veronica Handelsman [link] and I’m very pleased with how the picture turned out. In particular, he colored their hair in a style I’ve never seen before done and they look good drawn like that.

Story:
It was an ordinary day at West Coast University. Melissa Greene woke up, went to work, and got chewed out by her bosses, the trustees of the aforementioned school, for the incident in Valhalla. After a scathing performance review, she went to relax by going to the campus’ coffee shop with her TA, Veronica. Melissa ordered a cup of coffee for herself and tea for Veronica.

It was an ordinary day, until an interdimensional, narcissistic despot named Mojo invaded the campus and transformed everyone into twisted facsimiles of himself. West Coast University has become an extension of the Mojoverse and all of its inhabitants, Mojo claims as his own. Now everyone has a little bit of Mojo installed into their mind and the smiles and thoughts are genuine. They're all happy to be enslaved by Mojo. Their new programming won’t let them believe otherwise.
