For this commission, he utilized all the references I gave him and drew my request with all the details I wanted. I appreciate his effort and I hope you do too. Title: Generic Smile Implants

Background:
Generic Female Secret Agent received an assignment to infiltrate the headquarters of a doomsday cult. All of the cultists are required to receive “smile implants” signaling their loyalty and subservience to the cult’s goal of global mass destruction with a smile. While she loathes the idea of wearing a hideous smile all day long, she’s willing to endure some discomfort to save the world.

Story:
A doomsday cult is a terrible thing to leave alone. Most cults kill themselves off prior to becoming a global threat, but sometimes there comes a group that survives the initial self-culling. These survivors amass their resources to create apocalyptic weapons capable of destroying all life on the planet, within the context of their warped prophecies of global destruction. Even supervillains dislike the doomsday cults because the latter’s endgame would render the former’s goal of world domination moot.

As standard operating policy, the Agency frowns on doomsday cults. It frowns even harder on any groups that are even remotely successful in accumulating components of their weapons of mass destruction. If the Agency picks up a hint that a cult is attempting to combine these parts together, they dispatch an agent to neutralize the cult.

Generic Female Secret Agent infiltrated a particularly well run cult; full of paranoid survivors and dedicated idealists. Their leader, a charismatic sociopath, implemented a forced smile appearance upon all cultists to ensure their unyielding, happy support to the goal of global annihilation. In order to penetrate the inner sanctums of the cult, Generic Female Secret Agent underwent smile implant surgery and came out a happier person.

Happy to put an end to this cult and to have those ridiculous smile implants taken out.
